We use only the best components available and custom build them to your order, in our shop in California. They do not arrive from China by the container load ready for export from Canada to the US. This means if you have a special need we can help you with it. This also means that support is just a phone call or email away.
All of our reverse osmosis systems are warrantied for 1 year on parts and workmanship defects. Pre-filters need replaced every 3-6 months while the membrane can last from 1-2 years. The filter housings are clear to allow visual inspection of filter condition.
